New members

The Vesta Fifty Club is a group of members who pay £7 a month to help pay for new boats for the Club. They also have a lot of fun. There is a £84 Monthly Prize Draw, and about once a year there is a Party, free for members.

Do I have to be over Fifty to join?

Certainly not! There are existing members of all ages, and we try to have parties which appeal to all.

Why is it called the Fifty Club?

Because some 30 years ago, when it started, there were 50 members. But membership is now unlimited, currently 76.

How do I join?

Membership is by bankers' standing order only, there are standing orders in a folder on the wall in the office – just fill one in and leave it on the letter rack for Vesta Fifty Club.

Existing members

The AGM was held on Wednesday 26th March and the next Party was agreed for Sunday 19th October 2008 Ð a visit to Kempton Park Racecourse for the first Autumn Jump Racing Meeting (the last visit there in January 2003 was much enjoyed by all who attended). This will include:

This package, worth £85, will be free for Fifty Club members, with partners being admitted at the nominal cost of £30. Full details will be posted to members early in August.

We do not keep a separate Fifty Club address list, so make sure your address is always up to date on the VRC list. Also watch this page on the Website for latest news, although any important information will, of course, be sent by post.
